Check the time and date settings

Reset your browser

  • Click “Personalize and manage Google Chrome” to open the menu for that browser.
  • Select “Settings” to open the tab in the screenshot below.
  • Scroll down and click the “Advanced” button.
  • Then click the “Reset Settings to Original Defaults” button.
  • Click the “Reset Settings” button to confirm further.

Reset Internet Explorer 11

If you often get the error message “Problem with this website’s security certificate”, this is often due to malware infection, as in Julia’s case. To reset Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

Launch Internet Explorer 11, then click the gear icon in the top right corner of the page and select the “Explorer Properties” option.

A new window will appear. Select the “Advanced” tab in the upper right corner of the window.

In the lower right corner of the window is a “Reset” button. Click it to reset Internet Explorer.

A new window titled “Reset Internet Explorer Settings” will appear. Check the “Delete personal settings” box and click the “Reset” button.

Try using a different web browser
