Reset the permissions for the temporary folder

  1. Press the Windows + R key to open the RUN command.
  2. Type %TEMP% and press Enter.
  3. Right-click an empty area of the temporary folder and select Properties.
  4. Select the Security tab.
  5. Make sure that all user names and groups displayed on the Security tab have full access.
  6. Once the permissions are set to “Full Access”, save the PDF file to QuickBooks again.
