  3. Select the antivirus software from the list and click the Uninstall option.
  4. Click Yes in each confirmation window that opens.
  5. Restart Windows after uninstalling the antivirus software.

Check your firewall settings for Discord

  1. Press the Windows key.
  2. Enter Firewall, then select Windows Defender Firewall to open the control panel applet.
  3. Click Allow application or feature through Windows Defender Firewall to open the Allowed Applications option.
  4. Click on the Change settings option.
  5. Then check all the boxes for Discord if they are not checked.
  6. Click the OK button.

Disable the Enable High Packet Priority for QoS setting

  1. Click the gear button in the lower-left corner of Discord to open more options.
  2. Go to the Language and Video section.
  3. Scroll down and disable the Enable QoS with the high packet priority option.
