<body bgcolor="#ffffff"> <center> <p> <font size="+5" color="navy">IRCache Home</font> </center> <hr noshade size="5"> <p> The IRCache project began in late 1995 under the auspices of <a target="_top" href="http://www.nlanr.net/">NLANR</a>, UCSD, and the National Science Foundation. In 2000, funding for the project neared its end, and staff members left UCSD's employment.
