Reset the configuration file

  1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box, type %Programdata% in the box, then press Enter.
  2. Scroll down to find the “Rosetta” folder and double-click it to find the “Tracking.db3” file in that folder.
  3. Rename the Tracking.db3.bak file and press Enter.
  4. Restart your computer and run the program.

Launch the program in compatibility mode

  1. Press Win + E to open File Explorer and find the application installation directory.
  2. Right-click on the executable file and select Properties.
