The offending IP address was: 192.43.217.35 and was used on 8:58PM Eastern time Thursday 2/24/05 to post a pornographic picture to the URL: http://www.fencing101.com/vb/showthread.php?t=16488. This is in violation of the terms of service to the site that the user in question agreed to in order to have posting access. I am requesting that you provide me with the contact information for that user account so that I may take appropriate legal action and request that you follow whatever internal procedure you have for proper usage of Internet resources to help prevent this from occurring again.
